AThis is a very common question that came across on our daily working from our pre-sales clients. We work as a team and believe that collaboration with our client is the key for a successful project development. We have a very extensive process that we follow for every project whether it’s big or small.

On the very first phase we ensure that we gather and document all the project related requirements. It is through our Project manager’s engagement with our clients and the dev team. Once we have all the requirements, we provide best possible estimation which needs to be approved by the client and them we start with the project development phases. Most of our projects run through Agile methodology. At every phase we present some delivered product to our customers and keep them engaged throughout the development phase.

When it comes to coordination, we prefer to involve our expert project manager with every project and he’ll be the point of contact. Most of our team is certified and know what they are doing, our expert team will keep you informed on every moment so that you’ll be informed and engaged throughout the development cycle.

AWorking in Agile project development methodology gives us flexibility to welcome changes and modification in the project. The very first step would be to examine and document the modification and discussing it with our development team. If the change is small and have less impact on the project then we’ll be more than happy to include that in the development cycle without any additional quote, but if the change is time consuming and have major impact on the development then we’ll share a quote for it and will be subjected to additional charges.

AWith every project we provide a warrantee of 40 days. Although we ensure that the project is developed with no bug, but as its development and sometimes after project development there are few bugs that remains open. We take complete responsibility in resolving those bugs and provide a lifetime service on the bugs. However if the client wants to have some simple and not to complicated development modification, then we provide a window of 40 days, after 40 days our client can pick some easy package of a day or 2 or even month and continue their support.
